About Trojan Classroom Furniture

WHO WE ARE

Trojan Classroom Furniture is a Canadian manufacturer of safe, durable and fun furnishings for daycares, kindergartens, Montessori and primary classroom settings. We manufacture commercial quality products for professional learning environments.

The product range is extensive, including open storage & shelving, bins & bin storage, coat cubbies & lockers, book & magazine displays and racks, art easels & drying cabinets, infant change tables, workbenches & art carts, interactive play furniture, sand & water tables, and more.

Since 1984, demand for Trojan furniture has continually grown. In 2018, the company relocated to a larger, modern production facility in Peterborough, Ontario, with enhanced manufacturing and storage capacity.

Owners Matt Tanguay and Eric Quane are happy with the company’s growth – but their dedication is persistent: supply outstanding, dependable furniture with a superior customer experience.

OUR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Trojan Classroom Furniture offers a limited lifetime warranty on many of its products for materials and craftsmanship. The limited warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear & tear, and water damage. Claims must be through the dealer or point of purchase. Trojan reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the dealer at dealer price, at its discretion. Claims are limited to one occurrence per item purchased. Trojan reserves the right to limit, change or modify the terms of this warranty at its sole discretion without notice at any time. SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
Below are the safety standards and consideration that go in to everything we manufacture:

  • Rounded corners keep children safe
  • Wood bolts are deep threaded and nickel plated
  • Hardwood dowels add strength to horizontal shelving
  • Finished with a UV resistant coating that is easy to clean and keep hygienic
  • 2″ casters are rated for 88lbs (40kg) each, 350lbs (160kg) for a set of four
  • Locking casters are non-marking
